Probate Question...

Do you have to wait to purchase/wholesale a property that is in probate after the judgement or can you put a contract on it before there has been a judgement?

If they petition to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act, the administrator/executor can sell property at any time without court confirmation. If they aren't administering the estate under the IAEA, the sale is subject to court confirmation and the over bidding process.

I agree with TRSD

but when submitting the offer write (seller)tina jones FOR the estate of shirley jones(example). You can write the offer any time during the probate process.
