Has anyone joined this website to find foreclosures and houses going to auction? If so, do tell the pros and cons please.

I think its a pretty good website. Just depends on what type of deals your looking for. The have a listing of Pre-forclosures, Forclosures, Bank owned, FSBO, houses for auction. It gives a pretty good description of the property. They have monthly fees of $29 and $49. What type of deals your looking for? PM me.
