Offlinei found a cash buyer in my area an hes willing to working with me on a begginers level.
He told me hes looking for abandoned houses and i found one the I personally love but willing to pass on to him .
I have the address, maybe an owner
(first star LLC ) has anyone heard of that before???
so anyway .... im stuck! someone suggested the phone book ,but that wasnt much help ... im thinking maybe the courthouse might have some info, but any advice on getting more information on propetys like this would help . !

sounded like a good ? to me. I would check the county records or the assessors office and go from there. I have a house that I was interested in myself that is abanden for years I will look into it again. tell me what happen with yours:)

HERE IN CHARLOTTE, YOU JUST GO TO THE COUNTY WEBSITE AND YOU CAN JUST PUT IN THE ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY AND IT WILL PULL UP THE OWNER AND THE OWNERS MAILING ADDRESS.THEN JUST SEND THEM A CARD TELLING THEM YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MAYBE BUYING THEIR PROPERTY.
