Have you Tried Doin Assignment of contract instead of bird dogging? Pay-out ticket is a lot higher in most cases. You simply assign out the contract for the Equity you find and get paid a hefty sum for doin so. It also lesses the headaches of "bird-dogging fees" Hope this helps.
