OfflineOk I found A Few Cash Buyers using A Site I found online while trying to find sites on Buyers Leads & I so happen to lick on A Site called "FindCashbuyers.com" So I Sign up For Free & Received my login Info in my Inbox & Started It allows you to Search 25 Cash Buyers & Kinda like Dean's "SFL System" it allows you to Print out pre-made Letters to mail to the Buyers You can Have them to Mail them out for A Fee Or you can Print them out yourself & Mail them out to Buyers in whatever State your doing Deal's in .
I Have to go & Buy Ink for my dang-gone Printer so I can Print out & Mail A few Letters out to Buyers so I can Hopefully get A Buyers list going .

This is the only Hardest part about this Entire thing is getting That Buyers list Started . I think this is were many People stop is because It takes Time to Find Buyers & Create A Buyers List which Dean's Book tell's Readers Little about It tell's Us about it but Its not in Detail such as actually Going out to REI Clubs & Online Sites ect ect to find Buyers to start your Business in doing Real Estate & Becoming A Real Estate Investor .
