OfflineLast night I cried due to feeling kinda down & i just ask God to guide me on this Journey in Buying Land & Building my own Home its A dream of mine , So this Morning for some reason I First Wrote to my End-Buyer who has explained his situation to me & offered his help In letting me Use his LLC to Lock up deals For him & So I'm like Sure .
Then I went & ask The Guy who I'm trying to Buy Land with upon Using A LLC to buy the Land & He Replied YES! Usually They'll allow you to But the Loan in your Name & the Title in The LLC name .
Then I finally got a Respond on 2 Of the Shortsales that I'm Purchasing & I'm going to reply to the RE Agent today to explain what i'm wanting & what i'm looking for in this deal today.
Once I can get A few Deals done I'm Buying at least 4 LLC's & Purchasing Real estate with them .

as I would say See How God comes along & guides you with things that you think are to Difficult to move around he always come right on time.

You know I also at times Go & read the Bible reading Gods word Gives me Comfort I love Reading "Deuteronomy" cause thats were My life is God Intended for Us to Live in Cooper houses That Multiply However Who said the Road to Building Your House Would be easy . Love Reading " Deuteronomy" it Speaks to me & gives me The Power to Continue until I Succeed in this Business & Until I Succeed Debt Free & No More Bill Collectors Calling me Or me Worrying rather I can Apply for A Home or Car Or whatever .
Having BAD! Credit is like Having A Huge night mire with you always it never goes away until you get up & Pay it to make it Go away .
I've made a Promise to myself that this time Once I Clear & Clean up my Credit I will never Use another Credit Card again not even If someone paid me Millions to Apply for A Credit Card I wouldn't even if I do have the money to Pay it off .
Credit Cards & Creditors Are Only there to keep Us little People in Debt & I mean Damn if I'm going to Allow them to keep me in Debt with Adding Inrest % each Month thinking there Slick , Thats Ok Cause I'm paying All Of them Off & Once I do I'll never Use Another Credit Card , The Only Credit i Want is A Car & A House .....LOL .
Everything I'll Get Rather A House Or Car Or Both i'm Paying Cash for them both Saving Up my Down payment on A Buying Land & Down payment for the Construction to Build A Home & Pay with Cash .
