There are 2 that are kinda in my radar ~ I stumbled on them on Sunday (of all days), wile taking a couple side streets one day. There are no for sale signs or anything in the yards. Today, I remembered somebody on the DG website sold one that had fire damage. Granted, the repair estimate would be more - It would basically be a new house for the rehabber when they were done with it.

Dallas That one we bought 26k, $49,400. rehab,taxes,Ins,and closing cost.
4 week to complete,clean,prime,paint interior and basement,added 120sq ft by opening breezeway to kitchen,added a powder room off that.
Replaced all windows firemen broke everyone. complete tear-off and replace roof. Installed 700 sq ft hardwood floors,and new carpet in the three bedrooms. Replaced all interior doors and trim. Plus rewired the whole house.
But remember I'm not paying contractors,myself and sons and one other guy that works with me.
Sold $114,900.00
purchase -26,000.00
expenses -39,200.00

hi i know what to do on fire damaged homes hince i use to work for a company called "servpro"! so i have seen one almost gone brought back and it was burned up by a lighting strike!

Bandit1 I did a fire job in 92 that I tore it down to the foundation and rebuilt it, but it's still standing.
