Making $ from an OIL BOOM??

Hello fam,
I just wanted to pick some people's brain or if anyone had any ideas regarding the following topic.
A small town that I grew up in and am very familiar with is going to potentially experience an oil boom. Is there anyone out there that has experienced a market that has went thru this?Any ideas on how to benefit from this residentially or commercially? I have a few ideas in mind but I just want to see what else is out there. I would also be interested in potentially partnering up with some people.

Yes, I watched 3 cities rise up and go over the top. If you are on the ground floor of it and running, naturally you will benefit.
Want to provide more information on the rest.
