Hello everyone. I would like to know from the investors that likes.buying reo's. When ya'll be looking at a lot of potential deals on the mls do ya'll go ahead and put in alot of offers without looking at the properties or do ya'll go and look at every potential deal first and than put an offer in. What has worked better for ya'll.

You will get good at networking, determining ARV, determining actual repair costs, etc. You will be much more efficient at making offers. Also go directly to the Listing Agent or REO's, do not use your own Realtor. You will get much better results
