Moving to Georgia

Moving to Georgia

Good morning everyone,

Haven't posted in awhile, been having difficult issues on our end, which brings me to this post. Due to an accident that Rick was in over 2 years ago is causing him to take an early retirement. We've tried very hard to close deals with no luck, which has exhausted all are monies, but were still optimistic we can start over after we move. We will not be able to stay in California when Rick retires, so were looking at properties in Northern Georgia. We've contacted brokers and banks, but they will not consider Ricks California income, and his retirement income is not enough to qualify to purchase a house. We are about to lose everything we have, the house, the car and his motorcycle. He has a great credit score, but doesn't mean much right now, so were extending our hands and heart to our DG family in hopes that someone has a property that they would consider owner financing for us. We never thought that we would be in this situation. We had to cut back and cancel our 800# and our website. If you or anyone you know could help us start a new life in Georgia, it would be greatly appreciated. I have faith in Dean and everything he stands for, and I know we could make this Real Estate Investing work any other place but here in California. I will not give up hope.

Good to see that, if they where coming to my area I would try to help the same way.

Looking out the window though I don't think anyone would come here now unless they where forced to.

Good Luck Rick & Peggy
