I Am New To The Group

Hi:
My name is Manny and I am new here. I am not some super successful investor and have no shame in admitting that I have done six deals to date, mainly wholesaling properties.

I will not go into some song and dance about my past and how I arrived here, you want to read my story, it's in my profile.

I am here to read and learn. I am a relatively smart guy. I have faced my share of adversity and have overcome out of determination to be like everyone else.

I lost a limb in Iraq, fighting a war that to many who were not fighting, was a dumb war, please save it, I have heard it all before.

I was one of the lucky one's, I made it home and am able to say proudly that I made it home when many did not. I am not bitter, I did what I was called upon to do and for those who served, we all know the real why's we do what we do, when called upon.

I spent a very long time in the military, was a drill sargeant, was a ranger, and out of all of this, I learned many traits to live by, discipline, the will to make it, survival, and so many others.

I am not wealthy, never set out to be, but now in my forties, I need more than what I came out with.

My first deal was a home for myself and my brother. I have done several other deals with buyers who liked the deal I put together and liked the opportunity to make money too, afterall, isn't that what it's all about?

I will be here as I said to learn and network. I am not a social butterfly, as I choose to spend my time making money in real estate.

You will never see me on Facebook, Myspace, any of those cheesy ways of being a social butterfly.
