I see you have been on this site for over a year now. What do need help with?
Is it finding a property, or funding or something else. A little more information and I am sure you will get dozens of ideals for help. If you read all the different post here you can find the answers to every Real Estate problem you can come up with.

I also don't think you will get a response from Matt, or Dean from your post,but you could try PM but I don't think that will be fruitful either,if you are trying to close a deal by the end of the year.

I even posted his phone number for people to call him. I also mentioned that yes, he has books you can buy.

Did you somehow miss all of this?

I for one cannot provide that to you. My best suggestion is to join a real estate investor club or group, where you should find many people to do business with.

Is in all of Dean's Books...of course you will learn from everyone on here too! DO turn into a sponge and read these posts in all your spare time...tune out the TV and join a REI group in your area...You will find many answers on this site but then you have to take action...the $$$ will follow only when you take action...

I just want to ask you, you do know who I am referring you to, correct?

I appreciate what you all are trying to tell me. However I am a member of an rei club called the Pensacola Navigators. I haven't been able to get any Investor from that club onto my buyers list. And I have put out bandit signs and flyers and have gotten zero response from them also. It is easy for you guys to tell me what to do because you have already made your first deal. How about you feel what I am feeling right now and then we will see what your going to tell me. I am perplexed right now.This is not an easy task and I am here to tell each and every one of you so. I really need some good solid advise here, I need some real help.

Keith I can see you are lost, and feeling despair,but everyone here has had to go threw the same thing. If you can't make any headway with your rei club you should find a new one.

People on this site that give their advice to each of us do it out of kindness. They are not obligated to any one of us.

If you really need to talk to some one you should call the success academy.

Also there are hundreds of people here that still haven't made any deals yet,but they still offer help and advice to others.And a lot of them have far greater problems then most,but they keep pushing forward, because this is something they really want.So stop feeling sorry for yourself, read everything you see, become a sponge, learn all you can.

One last thought if this is really to hard for you, Than maybe REI is not for you.
