My name is Paul Jacobi and I am a new addition to the DG family. My only exposure to Dean Graziozi is from spotting him on late night tv.
I have been investing in real estate for about nine years. On average, I do between 20 and 30 deals a year.
I am a wholesaler. I don't really desire to do much else. I like the idea of finding a good deal and passing it on to someone else and letting them make money too. On some deals I will rehab them, on others, I will buy the property at one price, mark it up and resell it.
I live and work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and enjoy the lifestyle of South Florida. I wouldn't do it anywhere else. I don't need to, there are plenty of deals to go around.
I look forward to meeting alot of new people here.
