No offense but it sounds like you are looking for a dating service not investing. There are plenty of groups in Chicago but just get out and find property.
You will run into plenty of people during the process of looking at houses and calling lenders and title companies, etc. \
Just do it.

This was not my intention.... What I meant was to find people or other groups that have been using DG techniques and if anybody had tips, especially for newbies at the time like me needed the help. Sorry if it came out that way...
I'm now a Realtor and have access to alot of Properties. As you know that is not what the problems is....Its knowing when to put theses techniques to use.
