OfflineI'm currently building my buyer's list and I'm using the strategy of contacting the companies with the online "We buy houses ads" I'm wondering has anyone had success wholesaling or assigning a house to one of these companies.
I'm wondering if they're just trying to wholesale a house also. I'd like some feedback before I pack my buyer's list with these companies.

Everytime I have called these "I Buy Houses" ads I find other wholesalers. Maybe you can find one in the bunch that actually buys houses. Never let another wholesaler tie your contracted house up with his own contract.
