When youre doing deals do you always close at the title company that you choose?

Are you doing Assignments ? if so I believe you can use your own RE title Company or your Buyers RE title company .

Depends

On the type of deal. Jeremy and I always close at our atty's office because all of our deals are owner finance usually on land contracts.
