my name is eric i stay in michigan i`m working finding me some buyers.i found a couple of properties very 4br 2bath nice dude gota sell they relocating to florida and get rid of the house i want to get it under contract and or see if they will do a lease to option on the i`m going to write back today ask about the taxes and if the have a mortgage or 2ndmortgage on it.
can anyone help me.
also i`m going to see a real esate agent to see if he work with me keep me in your prayers

Hi Eric I was just reading on how you can find a buyer's list have you tried to post a free ad on craig's list? or put up flyers in public areas with a pic of the property and your contact info? (all have worked for me in funding my deals)
