I've found a foreclosure and a HUD, they are right across the street from each other. Great location and are the only properties on the street that need work. The foreclosure is listed on a realtor's website that specializes in REO's at $49,900. She has already reduced the price from $69,900 listed in January. So that tells me that the seller is motivated. I'm not sure about the HUD yet, but it looks really good and doesn't look like it needs much work, except some mowing and pressure washing. So, I contacted a RE agent that I know and asked him if there was a HUD broker in town, because I found a HUD that I was interested in. Anyway he sent me a message asking me which properties I was interested in (I didn't give him addresses when I first contacted him)and if he could show them to me. So, I guess my question is, where do I go from here? I mean, I guess I'm sort of scared to reveal the property address. Should I do something else on my end first (contract-wise) before I look at them? I feel like I'm just jumping in, but not sure how to swim!!! Help! Thanks in advance!!!

I guess that I should add that I would like to wholesale these if that is possible. Can you reassign or do a double close on REO's and HUD's?
