OfflineI've been searching for answers and the only answer I get from here is $10,000 for a mentor and all will be good. I've sunk every penny we have into this and have nothing to show but more monthly payments. I've tried repeatedly to find help and no one is willing unless we pony up $10,000 that we don't have. Some kind of help and I'm finding out more and more that is the way they operate. If I'm wrong, contact me Dean and set me straight.

What kind of help do you need? I went to the EDGE and found out a bunch of good info. In fact, a lot of that info has come out on this site by Bill Rafferty, myself, Randy428, and Chris from RI. Use us!
yes..we just have to engage more.. really dig if we want it..all the info is here on the site along w/ contracts to print up. work Matts "25:1" strategy.. be alil crazy and just jump..what do you have to lose..aren't you broke??! I've been on welfare since march and I finally got it and in the process of locking a property this wkend.. worse case scenario I will use a hard money lender and lease it out..its crazy how so many ppl are in bad situations, they actually need are solutions.. whatever ? you have just type it up and I'm sure you'll find some source of info.. greatest day to you..
I think everyone here is here to support and help eachother out. How long have you been trying to invest? It takes some people a year to make their first deal, but when they make that deal they make another and another and another. What have you been doing to get started? Maybe you need a new technique, a new plan. We are all here to help. Sometimes you can be holding yourself back by being negative.

As in your other thread - I'm sorry I didnt see your posts until now. I also notice you havent been back on since then....I truly hope that you are moving forward and working towards your goals. But to answer your question - every single person on here cares for each other, and none more than Dean! And I can promise you that on this site, and in Deans books you have all the information you need to become a smart investor! Information overload can paralyze you, so my advice would be to step back and get focused on exactly what type of deal you want to do - bird dog, assign, fix and flip, etc. Then you can target your market and buyers and sellers with specific criteria in mind. I'll be watching to see if you post again - hope so! Some people make a deal right away, others take more time. But its those that persist that are successful! Feel free to pm me if you like.
