i just recieved the book and I have only read about 5 chapters but i am extremely motivated to get a start and eager to make money. What do i need to do to get a grasp of things? im very interested in getting a coach but i dont have any money. how much does it cost? are there ways around paying up front? please help. Also i was wondering if its bad to invest in a military town because the economy is not as bad as the rest of the US because on the 1st and the 15th the entire county gets paid. nobody loses their jobs

Othough A coaching is good its not really needed there are ways of getting started without spending money on coaching & stuff .
You can do BirdDog's Or Finding Real Estate Notes for investors & you can do these 2 types of realestate without needing a coach .

I think you should finish reading the book. If you haven't grasped it fully, read it again.
Nothing wrong with thinking ahead but have an understanding of what you're goingto do because it can be very painful financially and mentally if you do this and have no idea what you're doing
I would assume military towns would be good to invest in since the money is guaranteed.

You should at least finish the book or even read it twice, before you get a idea of what you want to do. Nothing worse than going into something and not knowing what you are going to do or how you are going to do it.

Does any one know how exactly to use the foreclosurealert.com website? i searched for my hometown and i found some foreclosed homes and it says the price is 28,000 dollars and then the sqft underneath it. to the right it says amount at default is 69,000 dollars. Is 69,000 dollars how much the house is accutually worth? Theres no way i can make 40,000 thousands dollars right there. can i? please help. im new to this
There's some good excitement going on here, but it's all over the place...read over some of the previous post, they are giving you great advice.
If you want to go faster, you may need to go to your local REIA.
