OfflineWe are aking for your prayers and support because I came back from a great meeting with my Realtor and find out that our landlord sold the property we were renting from him from under our feet causing a great set back. Now I will have to concentrate all my energy to find my first deal to be home for us. This set back is forcing me to really start making offers and on deals and find a home for us. But I new it was coming because I just have the best two days of my investing career watching the EDGe cds and was real encourage. Another obstacle to overcome. But this has show me that I will never treat a client liked we have been treated.

Like you said you're coming off a high, keep it going. Use those techniques...and get out there. Sometimes that is just the kick you need is to "Have To". When you have to your motivation is that much higher and urgent. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Thank you for your support. And you are right, it will be aweson to that. I had a home before but losted on a divorce/bankruptcy and I miss not having my own place. I want to encourage you to keep looking for that home for your family. It will come. Just keep using the techniques and stay plugged in.

You have a lot of support here to draw from so go out there and find yourself a new home! By the way, did you have a lease with your landlord? If so, in most states, the new home owner has to honor the current lease.

Walter for you support and input. Yes, you are right this will give me another kick on the behind to do this. Desperation is the greatest motivator. Unforntunaly, I had a lease until January, because he offer me the property as a Lease Option, but I was trying to come up with a little more downpayment, and he decided to do a month to month until we sign the agreement and now he did this. But we learn from our experiences, mistakes. With this experience I learned to always lock it on contract.
