OfflineHi everyone once again! My question today are for mostly people who have the most experience wholesaling properties. My question is, when you see a potential property your interested in, how do you approach the seller? What do you say to them, rather if its on the phone or an email?

If you are wholesaling then you buy houses and you have a partner(actually many partners).These are the people on your list of buyers, disclose what you feel is necessary!When someone sees the And/or Assigns part and questions you about that,Partner is good to use and you could say...Your not sure if you are going to put the house in a LLC or Trust,It makes it easier to buy in your name and choose later.Just a thought!
