Hey all,
Is it possible to do a "subject to" on a property that has 2 mortgages? How would I do that...if it's possible. Thanks in advance!

I don't know why it would be any different than a single mortgage. If you are using an escrow company to make payments, have them make payments to both mortgage companies. It may cost you a little more to have them write two checks. If the seller is agreeable, do it.

Thanks Al, not sure if they will go for it! Desperate to sell but I think they want equity out of the property. But I appreciate your helping me out!
