assigned or lease optioned?
I honestly don't know, but I've seen several that have struck my interest. One bed, one bath, full upgrades in low-crime neighborhoods, 750-800 sq. feet. Of course the asking price is inflated by $15,000 but it's been on the market for 4-5 months or so.

Those with more experience in condos will be better able to guide you, but my two cents concerns lease-option...some condos have restrictions that they can only be owner occupied. That information will be in the condo rules/by-laws --and also the listing agent should know whether they must be owner occupied or not.
All the best to you,
