I've run into the same problem. I've emailed lots of times but never got any responses. I'm not sure if you've gotten the "welcome" email, but the administrator sent me an email pointing me to "Start Here - FAQs". It's on the top left. I apologize that I'm not an experienced real estate investor that can give you any valuable advise or guidance, but I just wanted to make sure that you finally got a response to one of your questions
From what I've read in the books, it appears that a good place to start is setting up business cards, an 800# and flyers to build up a buyers list and potential motivated sellers list. I'm kind of hesitant to get started, but I think that once I have a good buyers list and a list of motivated sellers, I'll be on my way to success.
Have you determined which technique you want to use? Are you planning to buy/hold, do assignments, lease options, etc? I don't have any money, and I have horrible credit, so I plan to start off with the assignments to try to put some money in my bank account as quick as possible.
