Does anyone have any good bird-dogging agreement they can share?

Hey everyone:

I have a potential buyer who wants to sign a bird-dog agreement, but I can't seem to find one.

Does anyone have one they can share?

I didnt know there was as an actual bird dog agreement form. Have you actually used this form before Richie?
