Nothing is working, except for me. I'm going from 6am in the morning until midnight every night at my job and doing this in-between. I cannot find houses. I call realtors and they don't call back. It has nothing to do with what I say to them. They are all....yes...okay, but personally, I think they have their cash buyers already.
I foudn a motivated seller and she laughed at our offer.
Banks won't talk to me and attorney's hang up on me.
