Rehab # 69 Complete !

Jill & I finished rehab # 69. It's a 2 bed/2bath/2 car
home with 1526 sq. ft. It has a new roof; kitchen cabinets/counters & stainless appliances; new toilets
& vanities in both bathrooms; new light/plumbing fixtures & ceiling fans; new paint inside & out; new flooring/carpet.
We bought it for $ 40K, put 12K to 13K into it & will sell it around 79K. It took about 5 to 6 weeks to do the remodel. It is located in Beverly Hills, Fl.
We will pay 2K finders fee to anyone who brings us a buyer!

We just closed on another house that is the exact same model. We are willing to sell it for 48K. It needs about 8K to 12K. The ARV would be 75K to 80K.

Thanks for posting it to your buyer's bulletin board. The house that has been remodeled, $ 79,900 ... finder's fee is $ 2000; The other house that needs the work, $ 48,000... finder's fee would be $ 1000.
