I just had a question as to how your realtor makes money during an assignment and a double close. I'm assuming they would make a commision on your "A-B" transaction but will they also get paid off the "B-C" transaction during a double close? And how do they make money on an assignment considering you never actualy close on the property? Thanks!

They will make money on the a-b closing just like a regular closing for them. If you make an offer on a property through your realtor then they would make money at closing bc it would still be there contract going to closing. Your buyer is just taking your place on the contract
