OfflineThis will Rehab # 68 for us; & the 4th project that we do together with Ryan. The owner of this property saw Jill's car sign, "We Buy Houses" at a shopping center, called & we took a look at the house.
It's a 2 bed/2bath/1car, about 1100 sq. ft. of living. The seller is tried of being a landlord; he paid 76K for it, it's free & clear, & we are paying 42K. We'll put on a new roof, applainces, paint, carpet, etc.(about 10K total) into it & sell for 63 to 65K. It should about 3 weeks to complete.
The seller also has another rental he'll sell us when that tenant leaves...always have something in the pipeline!
