OfflineI just negotiated a nice ranch starter home for 12k. Im posting it on craigslist now but do I pose as the owner OR do I tell them that I have it under contract?

When I market the properties I have under contract I disclose Im a " Contractual Owner" I put that on the MLS Listing when I put it on the MLX Change. If I advertise off the MLX, right before serious negotations start I disclose I have a contractual intrest in the property and will be selling that intrest.
However, I could easily disclose that on craigslist if I wanted. For whatever reason I just dont. Thats just me, others may want to get that out in the open from the start.
