Here is an article that talks about the decline in the foreclosure rate. Overall foreclosures continue to fall, but there are a few states here we saw increases.

It is good news to see that foreclosure rates are declining. I would love to see a report, however, that factors in loan modifications and short sales in order to get a clearer view of the economic recovery. Foreclosures are only one gauge of a distressed and over-extended real estate market.
