Foreclosures are continuing to fall

Here is an article that talks about the decline in the foreclosure rate. Overall foreclosures continue to fall, but there are a few states here we saw increases.

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!

Interesting Article

It is good news to see that foreclosure rates are declining. I would love to see a report, however, that factors in loan modifications and short sales in order to get a clearer view of the economic recovery. Foreclosures are only one gauge of a distressed and over-extended real estate market.
