OfflineA mentor and friend in the area here asked me to help him find 10-20 properties at once. I've been pounding the pavement (virtually) for days now with no success.
I even talked to the director of the National REO Brokers Association on the phone. **** Stanton. He invited me to come to his office for REO 101.
My head hurts.
I've followed rabbit trails to hedge funds (what an appropriate metaphor), I've talked to local billionaires who own hundrends of local properties, I've talked to hard money guys to see if we could leverage their contacts to get these together.
I'm losing hair fast here, there's not much left to pull out. 
Any suggestions?

to hard money guys (because they see a lot of traffic, whether they fund things or not) and REO guys.
The buyer wants SFH, 4/2... and I'm trying to avoid having to make ones-twosey offers on 10+ properties.
But it's a good suggestion and I will consider it if much more time passes and I haven't gotten much for leads...
HOWEVER, one of my hard money guys just called me and said that he was just off the phone with someone who has 6 for sale! Here's to hoping they're the right sizes in the right places!
