AG!!! CAN NOT FIND OWNERS

I HAVE ID 12 PROPERTIES PRE FORCLOSURE AND REO AND ONE POSSIBLE SHORT SALE AND CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNERS TRIED TO FIND PHONE NUMBERS ON THE VARIOUS SITES TO NO AVAIL

FRUSTRATED WHAT DO i DO PLEASE HELP

REOs are bank owned, you will not find owners only listing agents for the bank.

If the short sale is listed, you will have to deal directly with the agent.

The pre foreclosure people, if we can't find a phone number we will send a mailer, if we get no response we actually go to the property and knock on the front door.

yes understood but the pre forclosures They have already moved away from the properties

Check the tax records to see where the tax bills are being sent to. Also, if they moved less than 6 months to 1 year ago, there may still be a forwarding order for their mail so I would send your letter to the house address and see what happens.

With the pre-foreclosures you could go try to talk to the nieghboors in that area and see if they have any information on the owners.
