how do you get intouch with people that already left the currant home

oh I am frustrated I have id 12 properties and i can not get in touch with any of the owners they have all already left the properties (pre-forclosure)
I have done yellow white and anything else that are free to find a phone number.

Can anyone tell me what to do please

County Record

Go through to the county assessors website,
usually there you can do a property search by the address
There you can get the owners name and mailing address
Then send a personalized letter to the owner that you are interested in there property & if they are open to selling it
A good web site to get to any county assessors website through out the county is

Skip tracer

Hi there! If the county tax record doesn't work, and if it appears to be a great deal, using a skip tracer is another option you have. It'll cost you so much per skip trace, but if the deal is good, it's worth it!

I have run into the same situation myself many times...

FINDING THE OWNER !!

Charmaine google Zabba search.com. If the owners phone number is in the phone book, their current or old phone number will be listed there. Another site, is called white pages.com... Same thing applies.. If that fails then see if their last name pops up with any other names. They might be relatives of the owner. If that fails then call city assessors, find out where the tax bill is being sent,and ask if any new addresses where they live now. If that fails then you have to send a yellow to the address, or go knock on the door of the new address if city gives you a forwarding address.. MOST OF THE TIME 50-50 CHANCE THEIR NUMBER IS LISTED IN THE DIRECTORY. Hope all this helps? Keep us posted? GOOD LUCK !!

go to the property you are interested in buying the abandoned property and knock on the doors of the neighbors. ask them if they know where the owner went. they may know how to get in touch with some family members are something you never know.....

Neighbors know ALOT

Also send a letter - the P.O. will forward to new address

Easiest way is the county website

As coach says. I just did one today. Just look by the address, nothing to it!
