Please keep in mind 5K is the finder's fee for all 4 properties, but you will also get a fee even if only 1 property is being referred.

What is the ARV on these properties? I wholesale in Fl, send me more info
Prop #1 is being rehabbed now & has an ARV of about 49K. Prop #2 ARV is 55K to 60K. Prop # 3 ARV is 55K to 60K, but really doesn't need anything since the tennant is in place, has been there for over 2 yrs. & is a great payer! Prop. #4 ARV is about 75K, needs about 5K in repairs.

I have a contract on 1 house, it's the 2/1 that was just rehabbed, the 2nd property's rehab will be finished next week, it's also a 2/1/carport. House 3 has the tenants in it & it available. House 4 is available & we will start that rehab next week.
