I know of several investors (DFW arena) who've cashed out on their property portfolios this year.
My hunch is that it has to do with the upcoming election...
PS. I would evaluate each property individually...then combine for a better deal.
Do your due diligence for each. Present the facts to the seller. Negotiate a blanket deal for yourself.
