I need some practical advice from some of the veterans on this site. I want to get involved in wholesaling so I have read all of Dean's books several times to help me understand what I need to know. I am ready to jump in but still feel I might need to get some more guidance for when I have questions. (contracts, paperwork) I was wondering what everyone thought about his Success Academy in general? I would love the idea to be able to call someone whenever I needed some quick guidance. Should I strongly consider that or should I just use the forums for when I need help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Nick

I would suggest all of the above. What I mean by that is that Dean's Success Academy is great and definitely helps to give you a good foundation. Also, this site is a great resource for just about anything you can think of (general questions, valuable web links, finding buyers, finding sellers, awesome forms and documents, etc).
And, I have found a great deal of value from being a member of my local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association). They're a great place to network, and to learn.
Basically, any where that you can learn and grow from is a good resource to use. You can never know too much in this business.
Good luck to you,

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
Nick, i'm one of the coaches for Deans success academy. What you will learn there is a proven path works. I talk with students all the time that are finding success in real estate. All the techniques taught I use in my business all the time.
One big reason I would say you should do it, is simple; don't try to re-invent the wheel. The strategies and education is already proven, it would take you a long time to put together what you can learn with the academy. But what would matter the most to me if I were to make the decision. The coaches you would have access to that would help you along the way is invaluable. We all run our own businesses, and can share with you our personal experiences with what works in the market now.
The decision is yours, and i don't want to be biased with my response to you, but I see the value with what we teach, and education is something no one can take from you.
I hope that helps
Thanks
Mike
