Sure

First of all if it was foreclosed, the property is in the bank's name on the property appraiser/tax collector's records/website. If you go to that county clerk's website you can even find out the judgment amount, this can help to determine the offer you're going to make.

Use Refin.com !!

I love this site the best..search foreclosed homes under the search but make sure you uncheck the price to no max.when you click on the house you are interested in it will most of the time show the bank that owns it & the auction price! Not sure what areas this site will work in though....

Which bank foreclosed

I agree with Gary and Jill; the best source (imo) is the county tax roll where the property is located. I access this site so frequently that it is both book-marked and I know the local surrounding county websites by heart.

To all of our continued success.

Refin.com

Refin.com is not an active website.

It's Redfin.com, not Refin.com...

Redfin.com is a great site.

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

https://tvallc.infusionsoft.com/go/RehabLite/sroberts/

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!

Redfin.com

Thanks
