Hello everyone!
I know this has probably been answered somewhere, but I looked and couldn't find it. So, can you assign a shortsale? Or is it like an REO/foreclosure and is hard to assign because the bank is involved?
I think I have a great opportunity with a shortsale and I wanted to know how I should move forward with it.
P.S. I just got a call from someone asking if they could work for me doing carpentry work because they saw my sign and know I flip houses! I told them I didn't have any projects currently going on and that if they saw a vacant house that looked like it needed some work to give me a call and we'll see if I can work out something for them, possibly a birddog fee! They seemed excited about the opportunity and I just got another person out there looking for properties for me!
Make something out of every call you get!

"Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning."
