I advertised several ghost ads on craigslist. The same person replied to all my ghost ads. What do I say to them?
I don't want to run another ad tomorrow and recive another response from them looking for a property.

Instead of doing another ghost ad you can try to run a more direct ad. Something like:
Attention investors
Stop wasting your time looking for deals
We find great properties for investors
Call today.
Mix in some direct ads with your ghost ads to change things up a little with each ad.

I for one am not an advocate of ghost ads. I guess it is an ethical issue with me because your are pretty much making a false statement. I am not saying that they don't have their place in REI, but most seasoned investors will be able to tell just by listening to you for 10 seconds that you don't have a property at all. Unless you have a prop under contract I would stay clear of running ghost ads, it might hurt your reputation and come back to haunt you!!!! Just my 2 cents worth of advise...Jan
