where would I start

well I would start on craigslist in that area you can reply to for sale by owner ads and send emails to all the estate sales asking if they have property to sell and make some quick bandit signs and get them out you can do it. bandits bandits bandits then find investors with ghost ads on craigslist in that area you can start finding deals there before you even go!

also look up real estate meetings in that area they may have a meeting in the time frame you will be there

Thanks, isneed, that sounds like a good start, ghost adds kind of make me feel uncomfortable, like I'm not being honest, just can't do that. the Bandit signs I like, but why is it I still have trouble putting them out, I get that feeling everyone is watching me, Well DUH - FEAR, oh ya really need to get rid of that even at 60 it can be a problem, I borrowed the following from someone shhhhhh

2 - Take your first step—don’t wait for the perfect time
3 - Put one foot in front of the other—do the WORK
4 - Don’t compare to the “ideal”—compare to where you’ve been and seek PROGRESS
5 - Divide your goal into small chunks so you can create SUCCESSES to motivate you

so would I use then, that same stratage of looking up a realtor as I would in my own town, meaning make calls, and find that one realator willing to work with investors, ok that makes since, alright then better get busy , thanks
if anything else comes to mind out there I'd appreciate the advise, other then what I already know will work "just do it"
