3-2-2, car garage, not picky, around the 75220 zip code or close by. they are currently paying 1700 to rent a home, so want to buy a home but they will need owner financing.
Anyone have any properties maybe we could split the fee on?

Hey Man, start by going to Craigslist and look for THAT SAME CRITERIA , in that same area. Go under Housing, then click onto APTS/Housing, then once that comes up, you will see the search area on your left, type in "houses" in that area, then it will bring up all houses that are FOR RENT, go through it then if you find something close to it. Give them a call and see if they would be interested in selling instead of renting.
If they are interested see if they would consider being the Bank, Let them hold the note while your end buyer pay them a month fee. Its hard to explain this right here, but if you need to know more in box me, I can help you. Or call me, I believe you have my number. Good luck
