Thanks, gentlemen, for responding. Cocoon, I've already checked out that thread. Masseur07, I have an appointment with the sellers of a property in Fanwood this coming Sunday, so I'll PM you upon meeting with the sellers and discussing this lead with my RE agent. I was hoping someone who invests in the Fanwood area would respond and provide me with any helpful tips in dealing with said town.
