OfflineHello everyone I know this guy who had a real nice home it was a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage,2300 square ft in a real nice area with a pool as well. He went into foreclosure and he recently told me the bank ended up taking this property. I am not able to find out much about this property but am interested in pursuing it. How can I go about finding out what is going on with the home and what would be the next step?

Hi Erick,
Did you try to ask to owner who the lender was so you could call them?
Also you should be able to look at county records and find the lender.
If you are working with and agent they can look up the tax records and find out that information for you.

Sherry gave you some great points above. Another thing you can try is to contact the local county treasurer where the property is located and try to find out where the current tax bills are being mailed to. You might be able to even find this information out on-line at the county website. Good luck on this deal. Believe and Achieve!
