Have your Real Estate Agent or Broker Set you up with Auto Emails for New Listings that meet your criteria!

Each day I would try to keep up with the new listings in my target areas that would come onto the market. As I spoke with a few real estate agents they asked me what area I was looking in and my criteria for investment property.

I discussed that I like REOs in a certain area, in a certain price range, etc. Thus, they were able to set me up to receive auto-emails anytime a new listing was entered into the system that met my criteria. How great is this?

Thus, I thought I would share this with others in the event you could also benefit from this in your search. You could inform your real estate agent to the types of properties you are looking for. Sometimes you may miss a new listing and this can keep you in the loop on a daily basis. I hope this helps you find your next deal. Good luck with your investing. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe
