HOW DO THEY MAKE MONEY? FOR THE SELLER AND BUYER. DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN AGENT WHEN YOU DO AN ASSIGNMENT IF THE PROPERTY 4 SALE IS BEING SOLD BY A REA? IS IT UP TO THE SELLER IF THEY ACCEPT ESCROW MONEY AND BANK FINANCE APPROVAL?DO REA" S HAVE TO PRESENT THE OFFER TO SELLER THAT I WANT TO USE AN ASSIGNMENT ,OR DO THEY AUTOMATICALLY TURN YOU AWAY. I HAD TWO AGENTS TODAY TURN ME DOWN CAUSE I HAD NO FINANCE APPROVAL FROM BANK>I HAVE ESCROW MONEY TO WORK WITH AND EXPLAINED MY INTENTIONS.SHOULD I JUST MOVE ON TO ANOTHER DEAL? Just FYI, all capital letters is hard on the eyes (which means less replies) and not allowed per the site rules. If you wish, you can use all lowercase, but all caps looks like you are yelling.

You can get a proof financing from a lender like Costal Funding (they can do the double close on your assignments).
Move on if the banks and/or realtors won't submit/review your offers. If you are having trouble getting people to work with you they may not be taking your seriously, in which case you may need to rethink your approach and ensure you are representing yourself in way they should take you seriously. Fake it until you make it!
