Best We Buy Houses Websites

I'm currently awaiting word, on 16 properties plus in the Illinois/Indiana Region. I have done multiple searches on the internet, for 'We Buy Houses'. So far, I have not heard back from ANY of them. These homes are all 3+ bdrm, 1500+ sq ft, good area, etc.. Are we going about this the wrong way? Is their a really AWESOME 'We Buy Houses' site, that Investors have had VERY good luck with. Prefer one that doesn't care about Location, Condition, etc. - although I'm only looking at houses (as of right now) that are in good, move in condition. I did do a search on here, but it's hard to narrow down the answers when the topics change so much in the threads... Thanks in Advance

Now have 3 properties, that I'd like to immediately reassign. Any thought on the above post? Just curious what seems to work for folks, as our buyers list is nill

Take pictures of the houses and list them on craig's list, backpage, etc. You can use v-flyer to make your listing look good. Also, put up bandit signs all over the area. I am assuming these are bank owned properties, so you probably can't put signs in front of the property because you don't own it, but I would put bandit signs all over the area. Use words like "Distressed Property" "50c on the Dollar" etc. Keep us posted on how you did.
