You don't need a buying agent if the property is listed. Go direct to the listing agent and tell them that you're not working with an agent at the moment, so they can collect both sides of the commission. This is actually a better deal for them and they're more willing to make sure your offer makes it to the bank because they get both sides of the commission. Hope this helps.
