I kept a Realtor in the loop and wanted to prove to her that this strategy works before pulling her in.Now that I got an offer accepted for the first time by myself, I called her up and I'm glad I did, because she's handling all the paper work.I'm Just guiding her a little using the forum for help.She can also get you in the property.
